Ticket Pricing 

• Conference Day ticket registration fee includes morning tea and lunch. 
• Fieldwork Day ticket registration fee does not including any catering or transport to locations unless indicated. 
• Early Bird ticket pricing closes at 5pm on Sunday 28 June (no exceptions). 

GTAV Refund Policy

• 50% refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the event. 
• No refund if cancelled within 14 days of the event. 
• A valid reason for cancellation needs to be provided, such as illness, accident, or bereavement. 
• All refunds are issued at the discretion of the GTAV.
